Week 4 – Facing Conflicting Truths Without Panic Topic: Building Mental Flexibility- Accepting nuance and complexity- 'Both/and' thinking over 'either/or'- Integrating new info without losing identity Activity: Debate while validating opposing perspectives Homework: Read balanced coverage of a controversial topic


Week 5 – Reframing Your Identity Topic: Who You Are Without the Cognitive Armor- Beliefs can evolve without erasing identity- Building a personal code of values- Embracing curiosity over certainty Activity: Write a Core Values Statement Homework: Calm talk with someone you disagree with
